He Keeps You!

The Lord is your keeper (Psalm 121).
He will keep you in all you do.
He will protect you and preserve you.

He doesn't get weary or sleep.
And if He could make everything--the heavens and earth,
all life and beauty everywhere,
He can certainly take care of the wants and needs in your life.

So what's it all about when it seems like He doesn't?
What is going on when it seems like He's missed something?
What are you supposed to think when you lose something that you thought He would "keep"
...that He said He'd protect?

Perspective is everything in these circumstances.

When we are hurting and asking these questions it's because we are only seeing from
our horizontal vantage point.
We are not seeing from HIS vantage point.

I pray an opening for you right now to be able to see, clearly, freely, unencumbered
instead of from the loss and pain of what you're experiencing.

May His living water wash over you.
May the nutrients of His light revive you with hope.
May His love roll over you—and like play-dough roll up any sand or debris that's around you.
May He envelop you in His goodness and the promise of eternity.

"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes;
there shall be no more death,
nor sorrow, nor crying.
There shall be no more pain,
for the former things have passed away.”
Then He who sat on the throne said, “
Behold, I make all things new.” Revelation 21:4-5a
